Answer #1

Yes i would like to make short-term or long term loans to my clients

Explantion

As a banker my first job is to make business to the bank and also win the trust of my clients , by disclosing the expected future increase in the interest rate , As it will be beneficial to my clients ,

The clients who want to take loan will never wait for increase or decrease in the interest rate and they want the money in timely manner so that they can fulfill and satisfied their requirements of the funds

So i will just ask the clients to apply early withiout getting late , by this the clients will attached to you and your bank in future and did not move to another bank .
