Hi, I am debating the cons for employee backgroud check. I have a hard time with coming up with the idea.
My opinion is those people who want oto be better have a no change to contribute the society.
Is this OK? Please help me. Thanks.

An employee background check is a verification tool for a company to ensure that its employees are trustworthy and do not hold prior criminal record. Your idea is good as a person might change with time and if he is not employed based on an employee background check, he will not get the chance to do so. You can also mention the following points:

- Even if the employee is employed after the background check, a bias may be created in the mind of the employer against the employee.

- Some information unearthed might be personal and not at all necessary.
