Answer #1

yes pepsico has more than one code of ethics

It applies and is to be followed by every employee of the company all over the world

All board of directors , partners , managers are responsible so as to maintain integrity trust and loyalty among the customers

The major provisions of the code are:

To do your work properly

To be loyal to the customers and company

To be efficient

To meet the demands of the customers

Does the practice differ?

Yes it does , on paper its always easy to set big promises , however in reality it is different

i have personally faced it many times

the products such as kurkure , lays are all soggy and when you go to complain they put you into so much of details that you get tired of answering them and in the end they dont even provide you with proper solutions
