Cases

Case 1: A photographer takes a photo of another (living) artist's work and incorporates it into a photographic print that he sells from an online store.

Case 2: A professor photocopies a section from textbook for an additional reading in her class. She does this every semester. The book is not carried by the bookstore as it is not a required or optional text for the class.
