master budget is a comperhensive finaicial planning document. it may incorpoarte  many elements, which may include sales budget , production budget, Direct material budget, labour budget , overhead budget ,finished goods inventory and cost of goods sold budget ,administartive budget,cash budget etc we may called master budget is a summary of all lower level budgets ,produced by a company's various functional areas , and it also include budgeted financial statement , a cash forecast and a finanical plan . it is typically presented in either a monthely or quarterly format and usally covered company's entire finacial year. it is a central planning tool that a management team uses to direct the activities of a company.
