Owusu was employed by Kwame to purchase for him gravel for his construction project. Alex offers to pay Owusu if he will buy the gravel from him for Kwame. This Owusu agrees to do. After the transaction has been carried through Kwame discovers the facts. Advise Kwame his rights, if any, against Owusu and Alex

Kwame has appointed Owusu for purchasing gravel for his construction and after appointment Alex has asked owusu to purchase the gravel from him and he will give some commission for it.

Here, Kwame is unknown from this fact and he have no knowledge about it.

After knowing this , Kwame may refuse to fulfil the contract.

He, can sue both Owusu and Alex for cheating .

The contract will become void and Kwame need not pay anything neither to owusu nor Alex.
