Authorized stock - It is also known as Authorised shares or Authorised Capital stock. Authorised stock means number of shares that mentioned in the Articles of Association before the shares are issued to the public or investors.

Issued Stock:- Issued stock means the stock which has been issued by the company to the investors through the issue of Prospectus.

Outstanding Stock:- Outstanding stock means the companies stock which are currently held by the common shareholders during the reporting period.
