A will is a legal intrument which is mainluy used for transferring of personal property or an other property in possession voluntarily after the death of the owner
so there are two parties
one is the devisor who is the maker of the will , in which he describes how the propert is to be distributed.normally an executor is assigned to oversee the settlement of the distribution of assets

other party is beneficiary known as Heir to whom the property is transferred accooring to will
