Reason. There has been clear mistake on the part of seller so if buyer wants he can return it.

Option b is incorrect because though 70 is better than 65 but it maybe possible that buyer has space only for 65 inch

Option c is incorrect because maybe while purchasing he inspected tv than it was 65 inch but when seller packed ,he might have packed 70 inch by mistake & buyer might not have noticed

Option d is incorrect because mistake was of seller so even though buyer has accepted he still can return.
