This information is useful to track your exact location, privacy photos and videos and personal information like bank details, passwords etc.

Tracking has become legal these days as it is useful to stop some unfair activities. But collection of personal data will be done by hackers and it is illegal in nature which may cause a serious punishments if caught.

Even if the personal information is collected it should have some ethical standards like protecting and safeguarding the information from 3rd parties and maintain integrity of personnels professionally and scientifically.

Coming to conclusion, Even if the data or information is collected it should be having some ethical standards and should not be open to hackers and web intruders.
