Which do you see as more important: knowledge management, collective intelligence, crowd sourcing? And Why?

I believe that crowd sourcing is more important than the other two .Crowd sourcing can be seen a knowledge management tool. It allows the business to not only gather knowledge but also to store, process and share the knowledge. The first aspect of crowd sourcing involves acquiring of knowledge. Here the external source of knowledge is particularly more useful. The second step is to share the knowledge which is usually done through common platforms where in participants interact and enter into discussions. Thirdly, crowdsourcing involves use of the shared knowledge by promoting learning culture. Also, crowd sourcing is related to collective intelligence due to the fact that when many people join hands in making decisions, creating new products or in solving problems it creates a new dynamic knowledge.
