The given statement is true. Seasonal activites are the revenue activities of a company varying based on the time (or season) of the year. Such activities generate more revenue in the on season and less in the off season. For eg: a company in the business of hotels and resorts are likely to generate more revenue in the peak of season of vacations than in the lean season. Also , a fruit seller is likely to generate revenues on the basis of the time period of the year when some fruit is sold and some not.
