Answer #1

Job specific skills allows a candidate to excel in his or her employment. They are specific and particular for a job and which can also called as skill set which is required by the employers who hire them. These may include auditing knowledge for CPA etc.

Transferable skills are those skills which are relevant across all the spheres of life and are not only required for a specific job but are used in entirety. These may include presentation skills, communication etc.

While applying for a job, these are to be identified to make them visible and easy for the employer to hire us, we may include them as the job demands, if the job demands for more of a transferable skill, it is beneficial to include that in the resume and vice-versa.
