  1. When you evaluate the performance of decisions with that of other managers decisions, our contribution towards decision is much more than required.
  2. The decisions are dependent on the informations available and not on the well proof feedback.
  3. The availability bias decisions are based on provided facts, but the conclusion are against the expectation.
  4. The decision on the availability bias facts which are not verified will lead to a conclusion which is not likable by general community.

The availability bias decisions have to be negotiated through the verifing the facts available before taking such decisions.
