YES, THERE ARE ETHICAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF EMPLOYER TOWARDS EMPLOYEE. SINCE BOTH EMPLOYER AND EMPLOYEE HAVE MUTUAD DEPENDENCE ON EACH OTHER, IT SHOULD BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EMPLOYER TO LOOK AFTER THE EMPLOYESS WELL BEING.
