NOW AS DISCUSSED IN THE ABOVE PARA, FOR RUNNING ANY ECONOMY AND BUSINESS, PEOPLE ARE REQUIRED.AND SUCH PEOPLE WILL BE MOSTLY IN THE FORM OF EMPLOYEES.THEREFORE IT BECOMES VERY IMPORTANT THAT THESE PEOPLE IN FORM OF EMPLOYEES ARE FAIRLY TREATED SO THAT THE COUNTRY'S ECONOMY CAN PROGRESS SMOOTHLY AND EFFICIENTLY.BECAUSE FAIR TREATMENT WILL LEAD TO SATISFIED EMPLOYEES AND ULTIMATELY THEIR PRODUCTIVITY WILL INCREASE AND THEREAFTER WILL LEAD TO A BETTER BUSINESS AND ECONOMIC SCENARIO FOR ANY ORGANISATION OR COUNTRY AS A WHOLE.
