Solution:-

For a project to be successful, what two things should an auditor evaluate first and why:-

The first thing the auditor should look at is if the project management is going the way the project says and if not doing as it says the auditor should mention changes to follow the project. Another thing is that the auditor should make sure all costs arefollowing the allowed budget to ensure the project will be complete at or under budget to help keep the company’s costs down.
