Homework Answers

Answer #1

Step 1. Stop the fraud continuing - when came to knowledge about any fraud, firstly stop the fraud from continuing by blocking the access of employee with computer or any other area from where the fraud is taking place.

Step 2. Collect the facts - collect the facts and figures and any data related to fraud so as to ensure the fraud is committed by the employee at any angle. Before asking any employee for fraud we should collect the facts behind the fraud to prove the employee a fraud.

Step 3. Discuss the issue with the employee - after collecting the facts, we should discuss the same with the employee and ask the employee for the resign or teminate him and ask him for the recovery of the business property included in the fraud, and should also ask him against the civil action if denies to do so.
