1) Objective of four project management process are:

Automate your process mangement and bring transperancy in reporting

The four phases are  initiation, planning, execution, and closure.

In terms of initiation the project management helps to give a bird eye view in form of flow chart or any relevant tools.

Proper planning as in what should be done first asin the full proved road map is given by project management

Execution the most important phase like it is the phase where all hard work are paid for hence project management make sure to get executed all the work.

And the closure the finishing touch is stategically analysed by project management.
