Corporate social responsibility means that managers and executives have to be moral, ethical, and philanthropic responsibilities in addition to their responsibilities comply with the law and to earn a fair return for investors. Social responsibility is a commitment that businesses would balance profit-making activities with activities that are beneficial to the society. It means going beyond business basics and serving a positive relationship to the needs and requirements of the society in which they operate. Although it is not a mandated practice in America however an extra that organisations perform for improving their local and global communities. Today the marketing concepts includes focus on reducing pollution and utilizing waste effectively. The most effective is that it uses wastes effectively to improves the public image; and boosts employee engagement with inner happiness by creating a sound and healthy environment
