When setting goals it is important to be clear of what's needed and how, why and when is can beachieved for business outcomes. If you have no set goals, you have no direction and nothing to aim for. This is why it is important to identify in specific, measurable terms, what those needed outcomes are to achieve. Organisational goals are a displayed in the vision or mission statement for the employees to understand what the organisations goals are. If the understanding is not clear then it means every employee is not working in same direction and if the task force of the organisation is not working in a same direction, mission of the company can never be achieved. The goals can only be achieved only if there is crystal clear vision in the mind of people that for what they are working or upto what extent they have to work to achieve the goals decided.
