It occurs from a mere conscientious duty or ethical goals, and not connected with any legal obligation, perfect or imperfect, or with the beneficiary receipt by the promisor for the material.

The ethical obligations are the value beliefs of the managers as well as management about what is good, what is bad, what is just, what is unjust, what is right, and what is wrong in the terms of behaviour of humans in an organisation.
