In Spain, there was a company which produced hand sanitizers called “Bience Company”.This company has provided most of the needs of the citizens in Spain but is affected with one problem. The problem is that they had no van which transports their products to supermarkets . During the corona virus pandemic, the demand for hand sanitizers increased tremendously which called for expertise in driving cars. One day, a company named Genetic ,the biggest Soap manufacturing company in Spain informed the CEO of Bience company , that the problem about transportation of goods his company is facing can be solved by the introduction of a database which is error free The CEO of Bience Soap company provided the necessary details he used in running his organization to the database manager proposed by his colleague who was the owner of Genetic company. The layout is as follows:
The Manager coordinates the running of the office and each Manager is entitled to an office. The Manager is also a Senior Teacher. Also, other several Senior Teachers, Teachers, and administrative staff each got an office. Customers must fill an application form at an office which will be used to keep records of their personal information. An interview has to be attended with a Teacher to access the needs of the customer and make sure the customer holds a genuine and valid driving license. Throughout the process of learning to drive, a customer can ask for a specific Teacher or ask for the teacher to be changed at any stage during the process. The first lesson is booked after the first lesson and the customer may ask for book a block of lessons for a minimal fee or individual lessons. Each individual lesson lasts for an hour and starts and ends at the office. A lesson with a specific Teacher in a specific car at a given time. For the timeframe to start the lesson, it can start as early as 1:30AM and end 2:30PM.The mileage and the progress made by the customer is recorded by the Teacher. The company has a lot of cars, which are used for the purposes of teaching. Each Teacher is given a specific car which can be used for personal use aside teaching. The cars are checked for faults regularly. A customer applies for a driving test date once when ready and prepared. To finally obtain a complete license the Customer must pass both theoretical and practical parts of the test. It is the duty of the Teacher to make sure that the customer is best ready and prepared for the test. It is not the duty of the Teacher to be in the car during the test and not the Teacher’s duty to also test the customer but must be available for drop off and pick up of the customer. At the DVLA Testing Centre this should be done before and after the test. Failure of a customer to pass, the Teacher must state reasons for the failure.Form an ERD crow’s for the Biene’s Company using crow’s foot notation by selecting the structural constraints on each association and the key attribute of each individual.
