State the void agreements under the Contracts Act.

An Agreement involves two major concepts called promise and a consideration.Void agreements are the agreements which are not enforceable by law. Void agreements are unenforceable because of their nature of restricting human rights or fundamental rights etc. Void agreement never turns into a valid one.

The examples of void agreements are-

-An Agreement with minor

-An agreement that involves carrying out of illegal activities.

-An agreement with no consideration.

-Agreement in restraint of trade.

-Agreement to do impossible act.

-Agreements whose terms are not clear/ uncertain.

-Agreement in restraint of marriage.
