State the void agreements under the Contracts Act.
An Agreement involves two major concepts called promise and a consideration.Void agreements are the agreements which are not enforceable by law. Void agreements are unenforceable because of their nature of restricting human rights or fundamental rights etc. Void agreement never turns into a valid one.
