Following are the corporate governance issues raised and addressed by Non-profit organization:

  • Exceptional diversity is the basic corporate governance issue for non-profit organizations; it can be addressed by adequate governance structure and mechanism for success and survival of the non-profit organizations.
  • Planning or policy issues, issues relating to financial obligations, or changes with organizations are the issues corresponding with the board; and it can be addressed by allocating the work as per the capabilities and the interest to maintain the chain of co-ordinations among the authority.
  • Failure to supervise operations, neglect of assets, improper authority to particular posts are the issues of coporate governance faced by a non-profit organizations; it can be addressed by responsible decison-making team, mission of the organization with proper aim.
