Homework Answers

Answer #1

Ans:

Promoter ratio means number of customers who are satisfied from the services/products of the company.

Promoter score means number of curtomers who recommend company's products services to others.

So based on survey of 1,000 customers.

Promoter Ratio : 30%*1000 = 300

Promoter score : 10%*1000 = 100

So out of total satisfied 300 customers 100 customers recommed the companys product and services to others.

So number of customers who were passively satisfied is :

Promoter ratio - Promoter score = 300 -100

= 200 Customers

So correct answer is option A.
