Do account managers usually handle closing entries? Or Staff Accountants? Or does it depend on the company?
The closing entry is also done by staff accountants but by taking in confidance to accounts manager and in generally closing entries are done after getting their books audited that they can do closing entry without any error or auditor does not raise any objection on that. However if company has decided that the clsoing entry will be done by accounts manager only then accounts managet will do closing entry.
