A) Preparation of data:

It basically means analyzing the facts available to extract meaningful information.The challenge herein is that iseful information would totally depend on the quality of data.Any apparent discrepancies in the data first need to ironed out to present useful information.

B) Input:

The other stage which is challenging is input of the data into the system.This has to be in a specific syntax so that the data can be read by the system and information can be extracted.
