During the course of legal employment the crime which is commited by a person during the course of legal employment is the Occupational crime.

There are vertually no benifits of occupational crime but are lots of drawbacks in this some of them are like the organization has to face legal obstacles which will create problem in the orgniational work and such organization may face and the un necessesary legal obstacles and government regulations the employee will also face the problems and will shift to some other organization .
