BQ: Do you act older or younger than you really are?
I am 13 years old and most people think I am like 10 or 11 because I am so tiny.
But when most people talk to me they say that I act older and am more mature than most people my age.
It’s a weird combination lol and can be annoying sometimes.

In about a month or so i'll be getting my boy a girl friend and I want to know if i'm right in my theory?
He is 3 on the 28th April and I was thinking of getting him a girl that is about a year old or just a tad younger, my theory is that if I get him a young girl he can be the big dominant male?
Am I right in thinking that this would work out and be easier for them to get on together.
Having never had 2 cats before I would like to hear from people who have done this before.
No need to worry about kittens if people are thinking along those lines he has been done and the girl will be coming from the local CPL branch, so she will of been done as well.
Thanks a lot.

mine would be not to worry so much and live in the moment, worry waste's to much time. and also be more concerned about inner beauty because outer beauty is subject to change.

I told the woman I like I'd been told by a guy she was talking to him about me. They're both trainers, I trained w/her in the past. She immediately started throwing out comments before I could really finish, "All I said to him was that you liked to be pushed hard.(I don't btw)" and "and I asked how it went after and he...(she trailed off while looking down)" etc etc etc. She was really going from comment to comment to question to comment...Her pitch was unusually high, she spoke fast and her movements were quick, moving about around me as she spoke. She asked if he was mad at me or her. And then she tried turning it around and started saying how it was wrong he treated me like that. I said it was fine, it was only 5 minutes, and she said "No, it's not ok, he shouldn't treat you that way" (tried focusing on his behavior from then on) And she repeated that for a while as though there should be a problem with him. I said I honestly didn't care and that I was just checking as I started to walk away, she said "that's good" and when I turned around and looked at her, she was just standing there lookin straight ahead. I didn't see her expression; she was behind a pole.
I'd always thought she was talking about me to her friends/coworker-friends. At first, it seemed they figured something was going on between us...I thought she'd speak with them about me and whether or not I liked her. More recently, still not hooked up, it seems to have become negative by the change in their behavior around me.
I think her even speaking to him about me indicates she's interested. Why would she approach him the following day to tell him what I like and then ask the the day after my session how it went? Maybe she didn't say anything bad, but rather, he picked up on an interest while she was asking/talking about me. She did ask which of us he was mad at
To add: Some of you will probably think she's jealous and wants this guy. But couldn't it be turned around? I don't see that she thinks anything special of him but I've always suspected she was really into me. I'm also female. I'm bi.

I didn't see her expression; she was behind a pole. From the way he acted, I strongly believe he had liked me and she told him I'd liked her, asked her out, and/or let it be known she liked me.

At first, it seemed they knew something was going on between us...I thought she would speak with them about me and whether or not I liked her. More recently, still not hooked up, it seems to have become negative by the change in their behavior around me. I don't care at all. Not when I consider her possible motives. I know that when she would try to make me laugh in the past, touch me and look me in the eye or whatver, I wouldn't respond and she would look away really frustrated..eventually she began to take on a bitter/annoyed attitude on and off while fleeting into flirtiness/sweetness from time to time. I don't think I pay her the attention she wants.

I don't see that she thinks anything(!) special of him but I've always suspected she was really into me, especially with her past staring/checking me out(it's been about 4 months). (Just previous to talking to her, she'd been kneeling beside a client, on her feet/toes and fell backward as I was about to pass her and looked at her. She looked up at me and flashed her widest smile as she pushed herself back up) I'm also female. I'm bi. She has a somewhat androgynous personality about her...girly but I get a les vibe all the while.

I am not worried about what others think, and I've never had anyone say anything but good about my hair, but today, someone in her 20's (most likely) told me that I should cut my hair because long hair belongs to younger, single women, and that I should have a 40ish Mom haircut, and that she does them all the time for older women. Huh? It was even clean and silky today! lol

I hear all the time, not necessarily directed at me, that if someone is your elder, you should respect them.
Out of fairness, I try to put out a respectful attitude to anyone I do not know. After getting to know the person well enough, I either respect him or do not respect him.
However, even when elder is clearly in the wrong, still people say to respect your elders.
Can anyone explain why a younger person should respect an older person in any situation? Age shouldn't mean anything when it comes to respecting and not respecting people.
What do you think?

Yesterday China's woman gymnastic team won the gold medal and the US came in second. After losing the game, the US team coordinator alleged that some of the Chinese gymnasts didn't look old enough to be eligible to compete. My question is that what if they're younger and shouldn't have been allowed to compete? Do younger gymnasts have physical advantages over older ones? Do they have better balance or something? If they do, would the experience that comes with age compensate for that?
