If I want to install any software from my KOLKATA PC to Asansole PC where at Asansol only internet connection is there and no Software, then what are the procedures to do that. I am a student of Hardware & Networking & need your kind help to solve my problem.

My wife's Laptop, which we never had problems connecting to wireless with AT&T before we moved into our house, can't access the internet.
it shows that she is connected to the network and has a strong signal, but when i open the internet it says that it is not connected to the internet.
network connections shows that it is connected but firewalled. I have removed the out of date anti-virus and turned off windows firewall and it still wont connect even after several computer restarts.

any other AT&T customers have this problem or fix this problem? any advice or suggestions?
