Logistics direction, usually a small number of cubic meters of container can hold the goods? Cabinet can hold a large number of cubic meters of cargo?

i got him 2 weeks ago and i feed him 2-3 times a week. every time i pick him up or do something in his cage he bites me. Is that normal or am i doing something wrong?

I feed him in a separate tank and i feed him twice a week and i have had him for 3 weeks but he just keeps on biting me
