So basically...my whole summer dedicated to volleyball. I'm 5'5, and 142.

Last summer, all I had to do was run 2 miles a day with crunches, sometimes twice a day and cut out candy and sweets and I lost a lot of weight in just 2 weeks, I'm guessing at least 5-10 pounds and I wasn't even overworking myself. I was wondering what the best way to run is to maybe lose even more? I was jogging and then running in spurts every 30 seconds for only 2 miles because someone told me that anything over 2 miles will just build muscle more than burn fat. I don't need extra muscle, just trimming for prom in 2 weeks... thanks in advance!
