Well, a bunch of my friends have been having debates over swimming in Jell-O. Mainly we argue about what would happen if you dived in from a high-dive of a pool. Some people say that the jell-o is too thick, some say the jell-o would break up as you worked your way up, making it easy for you to get up, some people think you would just go a little bit deep, then stop, someone thinks that you could walk on it, someone else thinks that yu could lay on top of it... And I'm looking for an answer. Mainly an answer with evidence of some sort. thank you

I swim pretty fast but i've never got the hang of diving in, which is required during compeditions. if i dive in i normally make a splash and my goggles falls off. I bend my knees 45degrees and keep my head down but still doesn't work. Any advice?

still sore! What should I do??! It's like my shoulders, my upper back pretty much everything up there and it even hurts to touch it.. uhh. Advice?! P.s what exactly is sore??! Oh, you don't need to tell me I'm out of shape :P I did it!

my dad put bleach and shock and algeside in the pool yester day at about this time , how long will it be before i can swin in it again ,,,,,, if i swim in it now what will happen

I KNOW they exist and I KNOW they have CUTE ones...I don't want an ugly one. hahaha I'm a swimmer, year round. I've seen girls wear CUTE two piece practice suits with no cleavage cut. So pleeeeeeeeeease? If any of you swimmers have them can you answer with a link, brand, or store (Northern Calif?) thanks!

I have a 20 by 40 inground pool that is very nice. Lots of hard work, back yard looks like a park. People are always asking me to come over and go swiming, lots of times they will just come over without calling and come into the back yard, right through the privacy fench gate with their swimsuits on and stand over me and my family and start talking to us while we are swiming with the hopes that we will ask them to jump in the pool. sometimes they will just ask to swim when they show up. It really puts me on the spot and makes me feel bad to tell them no. Doesn't anyone have any tact anymore?

Ok well i just bought a pool last week but i havent gotten in unfortunately because its a "rises as it fills pool" but while i was filling it there was this damn tree that the wind easily removed yellow stuff like leaves or something and it got all full of it and now my pool is full with that yellow leaves and bugs and some dirt on the bottom. i now bought a cover but i guess its too late it so dirty.. i dont wanna drain the pool cuz it 3000 gallons thrown away. i also tried this Skooba Vac that was supposed to remove debris and leaves but it says to insert it on the "out" outlet but wtf it shoots water instead of sucking it in, and the one that sucks the water in is not connectable with the Skoobvac hose. is there any old school or any other better way to clean it up? thks!

At the women's only swim time at the pool in our apartment complex, one of the mothers there brings her two daughters (5ish and 8ish years old, from the looks of them) and lets them swim nude. There aren't any listed rules against it (I checked) but I still wanna kinda say something to her. Should I? I mean, it's not like there's guys around (but there are windows if creepers wanted to hop the fence or use binoculars) and it's her kids so I don't wanna tell her how to parent, but this is the 2nd time I've seen that she's brought them on women's only time and both time she's let them go nude. Should I say something to her next time? I can tell from the other ladies, even though no one says anything, that it makes people uneasy or at least a little weirded out.
