Admit it people (Those that wear bike shorts) we hate taking off our shorts during a bike tour, race, or a cross county run right ? So what was your record time spent in shorts with chamois between your legs ? I ask this in another bike and was surprised that none took them off or are Still Wearing them years after their tour ended. What's your record time or are you still wearing them ????

My son is bike racer and refuses to wear cotton underwear in those stupid spandex bike shorts. He wears them exposing every curve and stain from his body. What should I do force him to wear underwear or is he right and I am in the wrong ? How do you wear them and why ?

I've been looking around for a 65cm bike for about 6 months and have had no luck. I occasionally find a 64cm and I'm wondering if it is even going to be that big of a deal if I were to have it instead of the 65cm. This bike would be strictly for getting from my apartment to and around campus. (apartment is about quarter of a mile from campus).

...a clutch of course, Why?
Why if human legs can pedal a bike sprocket, can't a Briggs and Stratton upright engine be employed to rotate the sprocket instead. By my way of thinking a simple bike should be capable of 50 MPH or more once taken through the gears. The engine would have to have a centrifical clutch to get started --but why have I only seen motors running against tires-ect. M

I have looked at several optional including shimano's xt wheel-sets and many others but the choice is too wide and all seem to have cons. I need a wheel that requires little maintenance that is very durable for some rough cycling and will last for years.
Thanks
