On the 25th anniversary of Hendrick Motorsports' first win, Jimmie Johnson gets the first win for Hendrick this year by winning the race at Martinsville today. Pretty impressive since he really wasn't one of the best cars for most of the day. And that was an impressive battle between him and Hamlin late in the race.
So what did you think of the race today? Or the winner Jimmie Johnson?

Hey everybody, thanks for all the well wishes in recent days. My wife did the greatest thing in the world today, she gave birth to my son Jonah! He is now officially the youngest Jimmie Johnson fan in the world! I am blessed to have such great friends and aquaintences, thank you NASCAR Nation! BTW, he was 20 1/2" and weighed 7 lbs. 4.2 ozs. These 3 guys dominated the season, between them, they had a combined 24 wins in Cup. That 2/3 of the Cup season.
Guys that yearly get wins didn't get them this year. (Ex: Jeff Gordon, Matt Kenseth, etc.). Mainly cause the season was dominated by those 3 men.
So did the domination of the Big Three hurt or help NASCAR as a sport?

World No.1 Rafael Nadal defeated the Serbian World no.3 Novak Djokovic in a 4 set(6-4,5-7,6-4,6-2 ) entertaining final to win the only trophy that's eluded him so far and now becomes the 7th player to have won all the 4 different GS.
As a Rafa fan,it's an extremely happy moment for me:).He was simple amazing.
Also Credit to Nole for his great display of tennis. He played his best tennis of the year so far in this tournament and also in final but came up short against impressive Nadal.
What are your thoughts on Rafa's great achievement and the final?.

India have lost all 3 tosses in this series so far, but have won 2 of those games, vs Australia. The Indian skipper has made a sparkling contribution to both of those wins.

The guy ran a clean race and barely, if any, did he go below the yellow line. I hate how fans have to be hypocrites in this sport he just waited and when a lane opened up he did what he had to do and won the race. That is why I respect Johnson because he isn't a rowdy guy and he showed respect for Dale Jr. pushing him to the win, by giving him the flag, kind of like the Budweiser Shootout in 2008. So why are people hating on him? I can bet you if it was Trevor Bayne that slid down there and won the race no one would be saying anything. That is the kind of hypocrisy I am talking about.
People hate on Kyle too and he didn't even do anything wrong yesterday when he won, and I hear some people blame him for the wreck he was in, it's just a product of this two car tandem racing.
Also, people still think Dale Jr. sucks when he is 3rd in points. He is on pace to have his best finish average of his career if he maintains his consistency, and he gets better every week, yet Dale Jr. gets bashed for no relevant reason, I mean Jeff Burton has an 84-race winless streak or something and no one is criticizing him, and he is like 22nd in points.
Fans need to show drivers more respect in this sport in my opinion.
