I have eight 8 fresh water tanks but would really like to start a "small" salt water aquarium.
Any tips and what is your recommendation for the starter fish after the set up and acclimation time?
Thanks for any help

Ya damsel's or clown fish. They both stay small, are very hardy and can be tank bred so you don't impact the natural world.

They would both do fine in 20 gallon high tank.

As this is your first salt water tank do a F.O.W.L.R. tank or Fish Only With Live Rock.
That's gonna be the most easy to maintain and you don't need anything different then a freshwater setup except salt. Then if you get the bug for saltwater like you did fresh water you can add lights, protein skimmers, uvs and grow some corals.

Best of luck to you.

Edit: ROFL, Sean..... I want whatever your smoking man.
