I just answered your other question, but I'd worry more about making yourself stronger and quicker versus bigger.

Speed kills in all sports, so you need to get faster and capable of controlling your body weight with ease. This is far more important than having excess weight that only slows you down.

Like I said in your other question, eat protein (at your age eat anything, but not crap food) and workout doing body weight exercises or a program from somebody. They'll both work. Practice football related drills and sprinting technique.
