Hmm...maybe when we judge others it is because we still haven't forgiven ourselves? Usually this is hidden though under a layer of self deception so the guilt is projected outwards, externally onto others.

You are correct that it does hold us back from our full potential of growth. May we all find the wisdom and courage to heal within so we don't feel obligated to blame others by judging them!!
