Ok me and my family (twin daughters and a son hubby and me) are going on a carnival criuse (triumph) in November. How are the cruise ships like. This is our first time on a carnival ship so yeah. Um what is there to do amd what type of clothing do you suggest to wear in November??

I think that I'm answering my own question, but I'll ask anyway. On board nuclear powered naval vessels, they make their own freshwater. On gas turbine naval vessels, and even massive diesel civilian merchant vessels make their own freshwater.

Do those absurdly massive cruise ships make their own water as well? It only seems logical, the must have the power, if they're able to move the damn things around... but I've never actually heard of it. If they set sail with some giant freshwater reservoir, well... I don't know, silly question I'm sure.
